Cardiopatía severa [Clifford 2010] is the Ellos fourth album and their greatest work so far. An album characterized by astonishing interpretations of pop where one can detect rock, disco rhythms, guitar arrangements and lyrics that express indifference and dislike: cheeky, yet stylish. Made up by good songs («Cumpleaños feliz», «Mientes», «Por qué no volvemos») it’s a very decisive album and a maximun display of Guille Mostaza‘s and Santi Capote‘s capacity to pump some dignity into pop with Spanish lyrics.
